Return & Refund Policy

At Flip Flop Shuttle, we reserve vehicles, drivers, and scheduling time in advance for each trip. Because of that, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings.

1. Cancellations made 72+ hours before pickup

Refund: 100% refund

If you cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before pickup

Refund: Total paid minus $100 cancellation fee per van

If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before pickup, a $100 cancellation fee per reserved vehicle will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before pickup

Refund: Total paid minus $200 cancellation fee per van

If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup, a $200 cancellation fee per reserved vehicle will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup

Refund: No refund

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

5. Same-day cancellations

Refund: No refund

All same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

6. No-shows

Refund: No refund

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location within the allowed wait time and we are unable to reach them, the reservation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

7. Round-trip bookings

For round-trip reservations, each leg of the trip may be treated as a separate reserved service. If one part of the service has already been completed, only the unused portion may be considered for refund, subject to the cancellation fees above.

8. Flight delays or airline cancellations

If your flight is delayed or canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your ride based on availability. When proper notice is provided and the issue is due to the airline, Flip Flop Shuttle may offer a credit or refund at our discretion. This approach is also common among airport transfer providers that account for flight disruptions when timely notice is given.

9. Incorrect booking details

No refund will be issued for failed or missed service caused by incorrect pickup information, wrong date/time entered by the customer, missing phone contact, or failure to request required child seats in advance.

10. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
